My background as a professional rugby league player has ensured health and fitness have been a non-negotiable part of my life since being a teenager.

Before deciding to leap into full time coaching I worked within the NHS for 20 years as a Paramedic and more recently a senior manager.  This has given me a unique insight into fitting training into an unpredictable and busy lifestyle and how to create good habits to help you succeed.

Having completed training development with the Professional Fitness Coaches Association, in conjunction with the world renowned Marchon gym, I am in a position to create truly individual programmes for beginners through to accomplished trainers and beyond.

All my training is based around these core values: honesty, integrity, resilience, trust and the mindset to go all in, each and every session.

I can’t wait to coach you in such a great and rewarding environment.

A number of years working across multiple training platforms has helped me build up a great deal of experience helping people from all walks of life.
