I became a PT after many years of training myself in different ways, from long distance running to resistance training. My love of sport came from playing tennis to a high level and then qualifying as a level 1 coach.
I’m a huge advocate of the benefits of resistance training and how it can help improve female body composition, as well as providing a huge range of health benefits at the same time when supported with nutritional advice.
I specialise in coaching women and have helped many ladies achieve their own health and fitness goals from fat loss, to gaining definition or to achieving general optimal health for their stage of life.
I love to use my own personal health and fitness goals to help others at the gym achieve theirs.
