Sport and exercise have always been a big part of my life.  I played for Sheffield Wednesday Academy for 9 years where I was lucky enough to work with some of the country’s leading coaches, gaining a valuable understanding of what it takes to succeed at a professional level.


At 18, I received a scholarship to study Exercise Science at a top American university, where I continued to play ‘soccer’ at college level. This involved intense training and preparation for high level competition across the United States which further developed my interest and experience in sports and exercise.


I’ve been back in the UK since 2017, qualifying as a personal trainer whilst continuing to play football at semi-professional level.  I’m passionate about using my knowledge to help others reach their goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing. Exercise and activity are massively beneficial in promoting positive physical and mental health, something I believe is hugely important.


I pride myself on my ability to help clients feel comfortable and confident in the gym, whether they are experienced exercisers or just starting on their fitness journey. I work closely with them, helping them achieve their goals whether it be fat loss or muscle gain.
