Rob is Clinical Director of the Peak Performance Health & Sports clinics based at the exclusive Joe Ralphs Gym.
I’ve worked globally over the last decade, supporting elite European Tour and PGA Tour golfers and have been instrumental in the swift rise through the world rankings of a number of elite professionals. My responsibilities relate to all aspects of the athlete’s physical fitness, training, injury prevention and rehabilitation. I am also a sport science lecturer for the PGA.
I have worked across a range of sports and will now head up the physiotherapy and performance area through the Peak Performance Health & Sport clinics; supporting partnerships with professional sports teams/athletes and members of the Joe Ralphs Gym.
My focus is always on high levels of care and education to enable athletes - be they amateur or professional - to achieve their potential through strong, dynamic and pain free movement.

“Exercise is the strongest medicine on the planet."
The caveat to that is that the exercise has to be appropriate for the individual, absolutely bespoke. I provide a structured approach to assess, treat, manage and progress my clients through the use of objective selection of exercise.
One of the key elements to my work is communication; really listening to my client and working together as a team to achieve their goal - be that living life pain free or reaching peak physical performance in their chosen field.
Highly regarded European Tour Winner Eddie Pepperell probably sums it up best:
“Rob is exceptionally professional, both with regards to time management and level of care. You won’t leave until he sorted what’s wrong!
From my perspective as a golf professional and having had back and wrist issues in my career before working with Rob, he has helped me eliminate all pain through good movement and a better understanding of what the problem actually is. Therefore, my self-diagnosis has also improved.
He is one of the best.”
